Why is there no condemnation for your past sins when you come to God for forgiveness? You need to understand what has taken place, so that you can be free of condemnation which comes from the enemy.
Since he is tempting you to condemn yourself, you need to resist this temptation, because 1 John 1:9 tells us: “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” You maintain this cleansing as long as you continue to be a doer of what the Bible teaches. The more you study the Word, the more you will see this take place in your life. Guidance from the Holy Spirit will come as you maintain prayer life.
